Responsibilities ;

  • General administration and database administration
  • Recruitment and placement
  • Compensation and benefit administration
  • Provide staff orientations
  • Managing day to day GA related matter for company

Job Requirements ;

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or Economic major
  • Good knowledge of labor law and regulation
  • Good knowledge of interview process and recruitment tools
  • Good administration and Computer Skill (eg : Word, Excel, Pivot, Vlookup)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good spoken and written communication skill
  • Be able to build good working relationship with colleagues at all levels
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
